Loving Me So Sweetly

The sun was scorging us like we owed him and had no intention to pay, but I didn't care.  I was in the moment.  From across the beautiful outdoor courtyard, I looked at her and with my lips I said "beautiful" and kindly she smiled and with her lips replied "thank you".  And that was my first encounter with Jill LaFleur right before she was called up to the platform to talk about her experiences as a top wedding planner at the Inspire Smart Success Experience in Carmel Valley, California this past August 27th.

I felt as she was talking just to me... kinda like when the pastor is giving the sermon and you feel like your best friend talked to him about you so he had to deliver that specific message... to you.  For years I had drooled over her work and now I had an opportunity to be face to face with such a talented and incredibly sweet person.

The screen was not very clear because of the glare from the sun but it didn't matter, I took it all in.  As she presented a slide on her work I bawled!  I knew that what she was presenting was my dream... somehow she made it look like it was doable.  She brought my dream home!

After she spoke, I came near to say hello.  The way she welcomed me moved me.  She held my hand through the whole time we were speaking.  What a way to reciprocate!  I am so grateful that she took the time to love and encourage me so sweetly.
